Tempo Hospitality was retained by Vastint BV to carry out a feasibility study for a potential midscale lifestyle hotel at Stockholm International airport. We carried out a detailed assessment of the hotel market around the airport in comparison with Stockholm hotel market as a whole, looked at new supply, demand and estimated future revenue levels for the hotel.
