Luanda, Angola

Angola has a booming tourism and hospitality market, which requires planning to comply with the sector’s demand for qualified human resources. Under the aegis of Angola’s Ministry of Tourism, the Talatona Hospitality and Catering School organised at the Convention Centre, a Forum around three major topics of interest: (1) tourism development projects and local community integration; (2) the need for a qualified workforce to support tourism development; and (3) the public-private strategy adequate to the training needs. Fabrice LECLERCQ, Carlos LIMA and Tina MENDES have contributed with presentations and discussions around their respective expertise.
