Feasibility Study

Tempo Hospitality was retained by Vastint BV to carry out a feasibility study for a potential midscale lifestyle hotel at the outskirts of Lyon, as part of a large business park. We carried out a detailed assessment of the local hotel market around the site, looked at new supply, demand and estimated future revenue levels for the hotel.

Switzerland, St Gallen

Emmanuel BARRETO has been given the opportunity to lecture at a Master’s course programme on development studies at St Gallen University. The project was conceptualised by the Humanistic Management Center and its aim is to provide participants with foundational knowledge on the evolution of development thinking, the characteristics of distinct theoretical approaches and the contributions they have made to development efforts. The course will be delivered to 40 students in Geneva on 11 November 2016.

Aquatique Centre

STEINER SA, a large construction and public works company in Switzerland, requested Tempo Hospitality support in the development of a bidding proposal to build the future Centre Aquatique Région Morges. This project intends to identify and integrate highly skilled private companies to integrate a public-private partnership, and ensure the co-financing necessary to build and manage the aquatic centre in the Parc des Sports site in Morges. Tempo integrated the team putting together a conceptual note, a development plan, as well as building directives and its exploitation strategy. The procedure was a public tendering call for candidates capable of delivering on the project.
