Roll-out New Budget Hotel Concept

Tempo is working for a large real estate investor/developer who is rolling out a budget hotel concept for Europe. Tempo is pleased to announce a contractual agreement signed with the investor to deliver feasibility studies for this roll-out. We will work on projects in Vienna, Munich, Essen, Brussels and Zurich.

Tempo Hospitality has signed a contract with a well-known Swiss hoteliers family in order to find a new and sustainable long-term solution for their luxury hotel in Switzerland. The contract consists of various phases, and Tempo is excited to start preparations for phase one – options and opportunity review.

Boutique Hotel Development

Tempo Hospitality has signed a contract with a private company to advise them during the process of developing a boutique hotel in the fashionable district of Osu in Accra, Ghana. After a first visit in November 2015, the first phase of the project – a feasibility study – has now been successfully completed.

Choice Hotels Europe

Tempo Hospitality has signed a contract to undertake a market study for franchising agreements across competitive brands and in key European countries. The research will evaluate fee levels and structures in relation to Choice’s brands – Comfort Inn & Suites, Clarion, Ascend Hotel Collection and Quality Hotels – and their respective franchise models.
