We carried out a detailed assessment of the hotel market around the airport in comparison with Stockholm hotel market as a whole, looked at new supply, demand and estimated future revenue levels for the hotel.

Tempo is working in partnership with HoCoSo, who specializes in consulting services in extended stay hotels, on a hotel project on Lake Zurich. An initial assessment has taken place and now a full feasibility study will commence.
